كرات الربيان بالسمسم .. سهل ولذيذ
كرات الربيان بالسمسم .. سهل ولذيذ
المقادير : - 1/2 كيلو روبيان مقشر من الحجم الوسط . - 1 بصله مفرومة صغيره . - 1/2 كوب رز مطبوخ - 2 فص ثوم مدقوق . - 1 ملعقة أكل طحين . - 1/2 ملعقة أكل مسترد . - 1/2 ملعقة صغيره فلفل أبيض . - ملح - طحين . - بيض عدد 2 . - سمسم + بقسماط . الطريقة : 1. نسلق الربيان نص سلقة ثم نفرمة يدويا . 2. نخلط الربيان مع البصلة المفرومة + الأرز + الثوم ونخلطهم تمام بعدين نفرمهم جميعا . 3. نضيف ملعقة الطحين + الخردل + الفلفل + الملح ( حسب الرغبة ) ونخلط المقادير جيدا حتى تصير مثل العجينة . 4. تقطع العجينة إلى كرات متساوية وندحرجها بالطحين ثم البيض ثم خليط السمسم والبقسماط . 5. نحط الكرات بالفريزر مدة ساعه تقريبا ثم نقليهم في الزيت ونقدمهم مع صلصلة الصويا صوص ..

دائما ابحث عن الاكلات التي يدخل فيها الربيان لاني بصراحة ما جربت اكل منها ساقوم بتجربة هذه الوصفة
