Idioms
What are idioms
An idiom is a phrase ( a group of words ) which you can't guess its meaning by looking at the meanings of the individual words it contains. Here are some idioms and the meanning they give: 1-get it off your chest. Unload a problem that bothering you by talking it over with someone. 2-be up to your eyes in it. Be extremely busy. 3-.let your hair down. Relax, have fun, don't be stodgy and so upright. 5-put your finger on it. Describe something accurately. 6-give someone the cold shoulder. Literally, turn away from someone, ignore them. kick the pocket-7 means that someone is dead.... 8- Under my skin -It means that someone has become so much a part of you ....it is as if he\she under your skin. It is one of the almost limitless declarations of love Hope you all like these idioms thanx in advance YARA
